Answer：our ring sawing can be applied to all kinds of wall, concrete wall, red brick wall,lightweight brick. Also the ground, cement pipe and so on.

2. How is the product made? Where do these materials come from?
Answer: We are factory which is in China, we independly develop the ring saw and produce by ourselves. Almost over 80% machines accessaries are produced by ourselves, only a few accessaries we buy from other factory.
3. How are the after-sales and warranty services ?
Answer:Our brushless electric motor ring saw is brushless motor, and our brushless motor requires almost no maintenance on a daily basis because it does not have carbon brushes. So, the maintenance is almost free and the life-span is much longer than other motor. If you purchase sufficient quantity of machines from us, we will send new motor to you if the motor is damaged during normal use within one year.
4. Does this machine have vulnerable parts? Can I purchase accessories locally to install them, or do I need to purchase accessories from somewhere？
Answer: Of course our ring saw has vulnerable parts, and we produce and sell them as accessories.

Answer: We have overseas RMB and USD accounts, you can pay the goods by RMB or USD.
