Commitment: all our products are equipped with permanent magnet brushless synchronous motors
The motors used in all our products are permanent magnet brushless synchronous motors. In the field of air compressors and cutting machines, the proportion of permanent magnet brushless synchronous motors used in motor products is very low, mainly to save costs, which leads to various problems such as high energy consumption, high noise, low proportion of electric rotational energy and short service life of motor products. At present, many technologies of our products are at the leading level in the industry, such as the adjustable pressure range of numerical control and the step setting of motor speed, so as to set the actual power of the motor according to the usage, which can save energy and prolong the service life of the machine. The advantages of the permanent magnet synchronous motor used by our company are as followed points:
1.The service life of the permanent magnet brushless synchronous motor is 5-8 times that of the ordinary induction motor: the rotor of the permanent magnet motor is a rare earth permanent magnet, which has no loss during operation and has higher efficiency.
2.The permanent magnet brushless synchronous motor is small size and light-weight: the weight of permanent magnet motors of the same level is only half that of ordinary motors.
3.The conversion rate of electric energy is high, saving energy by 10-25% compared with ordinary induction motor: the air gap magnetic density produced by rotor magnetic steel is higher in power factor
4.Wide speed regulation range: It can cooperate with the drive controller to better realize the frequency conversion function, and adjust the output power of the machine according to the need of use for precise control.
5.The permanent magnet motor is a synchronous motor. Compared with asynchronous motor, it has small moment of inertia, large allowable pulse torque, high acceleration and good dynamic performance.
6.Low noise and high overload capacity.
