Upon receiving our machine AC8400 RING SAW , you will notice that the saw blade and machine are separated. It's important to adjust the tension of the saw blade during installation to improve cutting efficiency. Allow us to guide you through the process.
Our ring saw is a game-changer compared to regular circular or wall saws. It boasts over 70% of the saw blade cutting into the wall, creating a cutting depth that surpasses traditional 400mm cutting machines, reaching an impressive 290mm. Not only does it increase the cutting depth, but our ring saw also has a maximum power of 8000W, far surpassing normal 4000W cutting machines. The power indicated on our machine is 5000W, but it can, in fact, reach a maximum of 8000W.
Now, let's dive into how to adjust the circular saw blade. As the saw blade rotates through the drive wheel, we first need to use a configuration tool to remove the screw of the drive wheel and take out the drive wheel. Then, with the groove of the saw blade facing downwards, carefully insert the j saw blade diagonally into the machine and align it properly by gently pulling it up and down. Ensure that the upper and lower gaps of the saw blade are aligned before adjusting the pressure wheel to tighten the saw blade. Once the saw blade is secured, rotate it by hand so that the upper and lower pressure wheels can rotate, and then tighten the screws of the drive wheel. Lastly, turn the rear drive wheel adjuster until the hand-pulled saw blade drive wheel rotates.
Trust us, this adjustment will make all the difference in the performance of your ring saw.
